Chef Johnson’s career commenced after his graduation in 1976 from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He migrated to Greenwich where he worked at the Stanwich Country Club and later, the Homestead Inn.
In 1983, Rob came to New Haven County, where he became the head chef at Serinos, then Chef/Owner at CIBO (Branford), and lastly Chef/Owner at Aqua (Clinton). Rob launched Park Central in April of 2009.
